Our mission:
To sustain a touring and recording band, musicians depend on the ability to perform within an active circuit. An active circuit is one in which the artists, clubs and festivals are aware of their interdependence and work collectively to ensure each other’s success throughout the year. The Backbone of the Blues is dedicated to recognizing this challenge and supporting the core of the genre, the live performance.

This year, The Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise is taking the show on the road. We will visit up to 20 blues festivals throughout the United States and travel more than 20,000 miles.
